Bob and Philip Haozous are the only children that Allan Houser has. Bob was born in Los Angeles, California, in 1943. The mother of Haozous is Anna Marie Gallegos. Bob Haozous is a Chiricahua Apache sculptor who lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He belongs to the Fort Sill Apache Tribe.

Houser’s work can be found at the Smithsonian Museum of American Art, the National Museum of the American Indian, and the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C., among other prestigious museum collections in North America, Europe, and Japan. Furthermore, Houser’s Offering of the Sacred Pipe is on exhibit at the US Mission to the UN in New York City.
